![]() The setting has its history, characters, and lore. As said in our response you quoted above, there would be much better suited places to expand to if we get to do that. The peaceful area not being fit for Vagrus was specifically about the south of the Twin Towers. ![]() Hey, not sure where some of the arguments came from. No adventures to be had? Sorry, I don't buy it. Do the Green Continent, Xeryn, and the Dragonlands not have their own monsters or remnants of the apocalypse? If you are willing, you can write in any adventures you desire. Where there is war (even a cold one) and potential strife, there is sure to be a niche for an enterprising vagrus.Īs a creator of a fantasy world, you are not constrained by a real history. One can easily imagine exploring and exploiting these tensions. Again, the characters you meet and the Codex itself hint that the nations are not as united as they may seem. Nor are the Dragonlands exempt from quarrels. Even the game and the Codex hint at its ambitions, not the least through its wars with the Green Continent. Is the Empire content to stay within the currently defined borders? Of course not. You can just as easily say that there are plots and machinations that threaten to shake up the status quo of the Dragonlands, or the Green Continent, or Xeryn, or Toht, or any far-off land, and this would feel plausible. If you say that there is no adventure to be had in areas beyond the 4 corners in this game, then that is the reality you choose. This is your fictional world- it can be whatever you want it to be. If we get to expand the playable area that will be to places where there are things a comitatus can do (profit from, face dangers, etc.).
